I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. Despite booking a room with a king-sized bed overlooking the Dubai Creek, I was assigned a double room with a fantastic view. The service, especially at the poolside and on receiving room service, was particularly courteous and helpful. The location, although close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, felt very poor for walking around. Dining, thanks to ZOUZ, was excellent with a range of options. The facilities were modern and convenient.
